These terms define our relationship with you as a FormSheet customer. By using the platform, you agree to follow the policies outlined here.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information associated with your account and for safeguarding authentication credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access or misuse of your account.
FormSheet may not be used to transmit spam, malicious content, or data that violates the intellectual property or privacy rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend access for activity that threatens the stability or security of the service.
We aim to provide reliable access to FormSheet and will communicate planned maintenance or incidents through official channels. While we strive for uptime, the service is provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.
To the extent permitted by law, FormSheet is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the service during the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
