We take your trust seriously. This page explains what data FormSheet collects, how it is used, and the controls you have over your information.

Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to operate FormSheet and support your team. This includes account details (such as your name, email address, and organisation), usage data relating to requests made through the platform, as well as any support communications you send us. Form data transmitted through FormSheet is processed solely to deliver it to your configured Google Sheets destination.

How we use your data

  • • Provide and maintain access to the FormSheet application.
  • • Deliver customer support and critical service notifications.
  • • Monitor the platform for abuse, performance issues, and reliability.
  • • Improve existing features and plan new roadmap investments.

We do not sell or rent customer data. Limited third-party sub-processors may be used to provide infrastructure, error monitoring, and analytics. Each provider is reviewed for their security posture and contractual safeguards.

Data retention and deletion

Operational logs are retained for up to 30 days unless a longer period is required for legal or security purposes. You may request deletion of your account or specific submissions at any time by emailing privacy@formsheet.app. We will confirm completion of the request once it has been processed.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. We support these requests and aim to respond within 30 days. Contact our team if you need help exercising any of these rights.
